Before publishing client case studies, we run a small number of pilot engagements to prove the model with real evidence - no fabricated results, ever, only verified process and outcomes once permission is granted.
The pilot programme
Pilot clients get the full managed AI department experience at reduced or no cost, in exchange for case-study rights. A pilot agreement plus one Australian commercial lawyer review are required before any engagement moves forward - this applies to pilots and paying clients alike.
Process evidence
Even before a full case study is approved, we track and can show process evidence - what was requested, what was delegated, what was approved, and what was independently verified. This is the same evidence discipline that governs every engagement, pilot or not.
Simulated workflow examples
Where a real case study isn't yet approved, any illustrative workflow example is clearly labelled as simulated - never presented as a real client outcome. No client identifiers, no invented results, no fabricated testimonials, ever.
A note on existing businesses
Flawless Aesthetics and Steps2Life are not used as public case studies here without separate permission and compliance approval - regardless of any internal operating relationship.
